The game is freezing on an opening cutscene - right after you select the hero and thy begin to jump down from the balcolny. Anyone else have this issue? Does updating help? IF IT DOES: - Disc could be scratched, clean it If it doesn't : - most likely a patch update Possibility: - could be issues running on the ps5 or if it happens with other games it could be a ps5 firmware issue. Try playing on a ps4 if you can and see if it freezes as well. This will eliminate majority of possibilities and narrow it down to what the issue may be.
