Question about unlocking OW2 heroes

  Afaik, after battle pass containing a character ends, hero unlock method turns into "play 35 matches in queue of class corresponding to hero you wanna unlock" (so to unlock Kiriko, play support queue) or as flex. I havent touched the game since platting it (before OW2 released), and I'm missing all heroes from Kiriko onwards. In that case, if I start doing matches in flex queue, will that progress count towards all not unlocked heroes or one after another (as in, if I do 35 flex matches, will I unlock only Kiriko, or Ramattra and Lifeweaver too)

You unlock one at a time.

And its wins, not games.

You can choose the order you want them to be unlocked, just activate one at a time.
