Best Relic Overall?

Each site I visit says something different so I'm curious to know what other players have found to be the best overall?

Been using that one that slows down time, along with an amulet jewel that increases damage while time is slowed down. Combine with the right attachements to your bow (increasing effects by magical arrows), it makes quick work of most enemies, helps a lot in harder bosses. Start your boss fight by charging up your weapon to the point you can press L1+Triangle, make sure to inflict arrow effects, slow down time, profit. On harder bosses, by the time that relic recharges you'll be likely be almost done with it, so it's a good strategy to close up boss fights, as most of them usually go on a rage fit when they are in critical condition.
