I may have accidentally destroyed it or a possible bug? For some reason, it does not show on in the item menu... Either way, is the only way to get it back to craft one? Quick google search tells me that one person got a similar glitch and when he crafted a second one the first one also reappered in inventory. This also happened to me on another adventuring item too earlier...although it was easier to craft back then. I reloaded an earlier save (lost like 30 mins-1 hour) and got it back.
