Trophy Data Incorrect, Sync Error

For the past few weeks, my profile has not displayed accurate trophy data. The error stems to my trophy cards and sidebar milestones. Below is my current PSN log and my PSNProfiles trophy card (updated in the last hour, which displays incorrect stats). I'm unsure what caused the issue and would appreciate any help.

You have 373 hidden trophies, which is exactly the delta of your trophy card and PSN screenshot. The official app shows all your trophies when logged in, PSNP and all other trophy sites only the public ones. Unhide all trophies, earn another one, update your profile and everything will be up-to-date.

This seems to have resolved the issue, thanks. I had recently completed a game and it wasn't being counted in my total number of platinums, despite not being marked as hidden, so I didn't think that was the source of the problem.
