I've searched for information on how to fix this issue with no luck. Your consideration and help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance! Stevieboy Posted July 24, 2023 Share Posted July 24, 2023 Profiles that haven't been viewed for a while are sometimes removed from the scheduled updates to reduce server load as they are deemed inactive. Sometimes all profiles are hit with that due to some other server blip. As for the future: If it doesn't update on it's own, on the frontpage click your PSN avatar in the top right of the screen and select "Update Profile".
