PS4 version

I have a question, how to play the PS4 version, when you buy a game in the store, do you get the game on both versions or just the ps5 version?

You get both. Most PS4 games are cross-buy with the PS5 these days so if you see both the PS4 and PS5 tags on the store page for any given game, it has cross-buy. You only don't get cross-buy if only 1 platform tag is present. A quick forum search would have also told you this info :
