Question regarding collectibles and save transfer

As per the title. I don’t mind playing the game twice on PS4 and once on PS5. As I’ll be able to transfer my last checkpoint on Nightmare to PS5. 
 

however, I am wondering about the collectibles as they are so many of them. If I intentionally leave the first of each of them. Will I be able to transfer my save to PS5 and use chapter select to get them. Or collectibles has be gathered in a single play trough.

What I did, although it was a little late, was transfer my save before the trophy for a particular collectable was obtained. For example, before the 11 Radio Shows. However, there was no trigger for the previous trophies, for example the one for the 25th thermoses when getting the 100th. I believe that with good planning, you can transfer the save data before there is a trigger for each collectible trophy and so on. This was you can avoid having to search for collectibles in your run on PS5.
