Request: Screenshots of all Lore In-Game Menus

Scrolls and Diaries are lore collectibles that aren't tracked by the game. However, they are listed in the inventory's "Lore" section, each with a unique name, and orginized under sub-lists. 

 

Unfortunately there aren't any resources on the web showing all lore enteries with their respective lists. 

 

Could someone who has the 100% please upload a screenshot or type showing this information. 

 

After we establish an accurate list it would be much simpler to use the guide by @Rasta-360GameTV (see here) to find the exact missing collectibles.
