Horse Stables freezing issue online

Every time I enter a stable either on horseback or on foot at any location, I get stuck inside the barn.  It doesn't give me the option to do anything and I cannot move my character or the camera.  The only thing I can seem to do is bring up the map or press the PS button and close the application.  This is a problem because I've only purchased 3 stalls and need 2 more to be able to get 2 additional horses for the trophy.  Anybody having the same issue?  Any ideas?

L2 next to your horse and choose "Flee". After your horse ran away you can enter the stable.

Also i believe you need to walk into the stable and not run.

There's also another issue with the horses in this game. The "ghost" horse glitch. It happened to me after I sold some stuff to Madam Nazar. I could not mount my horse. You have to tell the ghost horse to flee and then whistle for your horse and your real one will show up.

I see you completed it somehow. Could you tell me how did it work? I tried everything and it still glitched
