I have been killed the following ways in this playthrough: Killed by the werewolf The hole in the storm drain Drinking what Aunt Dahlia gave me Drinking the prune juice Killed by the toy robot Tasting the saliva from the gargoyle Killed by the monster blood under the attic Killed by the mall cop Killed by the mannequin Killed by the taffy Killed by the gnomes Killed by the leprechaun Update: I let myself be killed by Slappy and that gave me the trophy Did I do something wrong or is the trophy just glitched for me? DoomOfNightmare Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Got 15 out of 16 and the trophy didn't come, I got the rest. The trophy is severely bugged for perhaps 10 - 20% of all players.
