Does Single-Player mode just mean not online?

Reading the guide for all the DLC gives the impression that these trophies that now say single player only can be achieved via non-AI games as long as you have enough devices with playlink. With the game getting delisted next year I want to finish up all the dlc but only if someone can 100% confirm trophies earned in a local game with four human players. Can anyone confirm this? Thank you.

It's been a while since I've done this one, but they can all be done with 2 phones, except the one with the A.I. There might be one that needed another controller, but I don't remember.

 

All I do know is that I never played with A.I. except for the one trophy.

Did you do this post the update that fixed the vanderbot trophy but put that (single player only) tag on every trophy?

Yeah, I didn't touch the game until well after the patch that fixed that trophy was out.
