In Form in 2023?

I saw that a person got the In Form Trophy in 2023. Isn't this trophy unobtainable?

It's is unobtainable. This person was reported as I can't see the option to report his cheated game. Flag wasn't approved yet, that's why you still see him on the leaderboard.

I'm glad this trophy is dead and gone, i have a special hatred for it. I spent a full weeks wage in 2013 on packs to get a damn in form. So relieved when I got it. It was only a shitty Branislav Ivanovic card as well.

Yes. I played this game a lot in the past and never got an inform.

So. How exactly is this report button? I never saw it. It only appears on unobtainable trophies? Also I saw that the guy on leaderboard had 100% completion on his account. Maybe he cheated in other games as well.
