Explorer trophy glitched?

I have completed everything or so I think, does anyone know if there are something hidden you cant see except the ‘secret’ book

 

otherwise it glitched for me

I Can see its in the wilderness im missing something, but everything is collected, even the secret book

There are Tales of Baghdad you should complete to get the trophy. Looks like you missed one or more.

In Wilderness there are two of them:

1. Treasure Hunt - in the flooded village of Ukbara in northernmost part of the map.

2. Curse of the Si'la' - in Abandoned Village

I have unlocked every single collectable of the game (yes including the book that is not marked on the map) i coudlnt unlock this trophy... is there a way to fix this issue or do i have to wait for a game + to do it all over again?

Is it needed for all the “locations” to be visited? I have all collectibles like the books, Tales, shards. But need some historical locations, does this counts towards the trophy as well?
