DyLaN_2K9_ Posted November 7, 2023 Share Posted November 7, 2023 (edited) So I am trying to use all my player upgrades so I can unlock survival expert but I have multiple upgrades that are locked, I assume they would be locked due to not having all the training manuals, but I have the journeyman trophy and the upgrades are still locked. Anyone have this issue?
