Question About Reply Options

I feel a little dumb asking that,..but

when I start a topic or reply to a topic, I can't see any options to change stuff, like font, size, bb codes and so on

When I am typing I see everything above the text box

It should look like this. All of the edit options are right of your profile picture.

ah I see, never been in the PSNP forums on my pc, just the tab.
