The Right Stuff Trophy

Haven't played this game in years, when I did I met the requirements for this trophy and it did not unlock. I kind of gave up on it, but thought about it recently. I know basically no one knows about this game, but curious for those who did get the trophy if they remember the exact unlock criteria or if I am just perma-bugged.  It was for collecting all orbs, I believe there is an indicator on the level select screen that lets you know if you did it or not. Mine all had it saying I got them all.
