Servers are linked for PS3 and Vita, and separated by region. Two examples: Project DIVA F NA and DIVA F JP both have separate databases of uploaded edits that are shared between their respective PS3 and Vita variants. The screenshot above is from my PS3 (Project DIVA F, NA), but the user at the bottom who uploaded "For trophy" at the end of the first page unlocked P is for Producer on the NA Vita stack one minute after completing the upload last week.
