LEGENDofDISCO Posted December 11, 2023 Share Posted December 11, 2023 (edited) struggled keeping deaths below 25 on this but this worked for me complete the game to enable the use of modifiers add character modification reversed aging, (nothing else enabled) start sanctuary level take the bosses health down to next to nothing and let him kill you until your under 24 and then finish him off for the trophy, you will have more than enough lives to finish him off this way if you are struggling just keep spamming L1 until his wee structure meter is nearly maxed out, block a few times and finish him Edited December 11, 2023 by LEGENDofDISCO 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The highest xp shrine upgrade ages you down 5 years, and there is a modifier called vampire that also ages you down when you defeat certain enemies.
