I'm playing on easy and get wiped out quickly. I used the hounds and admittedly the accessibility option so I can only offer a suggestion to what I did. I just spammed away at her torso/ribs from afar until I got the L2 ultimate ability where it creates a clone to do double damage. When you get to the 2nd phase climb all the way to the top of the stairs, aim for the glowing red spots on her body until you get the clone and they should do most of the work. For third phase shoot the face and hang to the pillars on the right and they should block most of the projectiles.
