Ecthelion91 Posted January 21 Author Share Posted January 21 (edited) I saved and closed the game with 2 large med packs and when I reopened it they were gone. I reloaded my save file but they are not there. This time I'm sure I didn't press any buttons. Also found similar threads in Reddit.
