I would say I have more than 50 %. Btw are kenpu random? They drop from regular enemies and bosses. I think if you avoid enemies on your playthroughs, you're not going to get it. EDIT: It tell you in the pause screen what % you have. If it's past 50%, post the bug here: Screenshots would help if it's above 50. Hope this helps!
