Then I defeat the boss so when I go to the last crab and after the conversation, I talk to the crab and he says I have smashed 31 so it should be the 32, but the trophy doesnt pop up. I had the exact same thing and just redid it getting every single crab. The crab at the end said I had 34. Also replied "Is that even possible" . So I'm thinking you missed 3 crabs. I loaded a previous save and got 7+8+8+8+1 (boss) = 32 and got the trophy, so it means I missed one in my previous try, but that also means I have missed 2 more because you got 34.
