NO RETURN, how can I do Ellie's last challenge?

How can I do Ellie's last challenge? (Get all the weapons in a race) I've tried in 2 races already and I always stay at 1 or 2 weapons, they just don't come out in the Arsenal machine or with the dice

Only thing you can do is to make sure you always use the post box thing when it comes up; it might give you a weapon. Otherwise, collect coins and hope that a weapon is available between every encounter. It took me 4 runs before I had the opportunity to collect all required weapons.

It's random, not much you can do about.

 

I did it with custom runs with only "Assault" (for the occasional post box) and "capture"  where I'd go in with guns blazing, finish the whole encounter in under a minute and get those coins.
