Medoragent Posted May 4 Share Posted May 4 I was at 100%, collected all Codex, even interacted with them, and the trophy was not unlocking. So I was wondering how to trigger the trophy. This happened to me also last night. I had beat the game and went back and cleaned up collectibles. Had to play up to the final boss again to get the trophy to pop.
