Ive only used it for a few min, so I cant really say much abou it. You control a helicopter and try to stop someone by hacking red lights and sending cops to their location... It's basically Watch_Dog's map, you drag a helicopter around, the more it hovers over the in-game players car, the more points you get, there's a skill tree that lets you perform more hacks to stop the players car. It's called ctOS mobile I think. I haven't played much because Uplays servers, but it definitely isn't second screen like Battlefield's map feature etc. EDIT: And it isn't for vita, android or iOS only.
