PS4 Trophies Not Syncing

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, or if someone can help. I got Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate, loaded it up, usually when I sync the trophies come up as 100& but I keep getting an error saying can not sync. So I purposely got two trophies, duelling with a cpu and using a strategy card. When I click on the trophy in my notifications it syncs but apparently I didn't earn either trophy, then when I go back to the main menu and try to sync again, error.

 

My ps4 is currently initialising which I found on the net may help, but its a right pain! I've never had this prob before I hope I can still platinum it.

 

Also at the beginning it kept asking me about transferring data from my ps3 but I don't have it on the ps3?

 

Is that the problem?

Trophy list is not on servers yet, that's why this happening. It could take up to a week...

No need to worry, nothing will be lost.

I have the same problem when I bought the game today. Error syncing NP-32136-5.

I have tried solution like re-intialize and rebuild database but nothing works.

Now I realize that the trophies have not been released on PS4 yet. So I guess the most effective solution now is to wait and hope the trophies will appear on PS4 version of this game.
