Super street fighter from ps plus is no longer available?

I got it when it is free by ps plus. I played it a few times and deleted it because I have other games that I wanted to play.

Yesterday I wanted to play it after a long time but there was no super street fighter in history.

I searched the game. There was only a game that costs $30 and a game that is timed trial.

I think games I download when it is free by ps plus is permanent.

Am I wrong or is it bugged?

Have you let your PS+ subscription expire? 'Cause some of the IGC's titles can't be downloaded again if that happens. (I lost WipeOut HD for this reason, and I was very angry, but Sony told us in their Terms of Agreement)

I have my ps+ expire one time, and could not find any of my ps+plus games i downloaded in the past, turn out that they placed all my previous IGC games on the bottom of my dowload history, where i could dowload them again no problem
