Play the Zombat Mini Game. As soon as it starts press Circle to put the game in Cabinet mode. Then start and survive for 3:33. Keep the vita steady as you play, rotating it moves your view of the game... 

Now does anyone know how to upgrade the weapons in Zombat? I'm stuck on that one.

To the OP, do what mrbastounis said. But stay in the middle of the gun armoury, getting the 'sweet spot' will force zombies to bank up on the barriers, unable to attack you. Even when it says 'Caution' to signify zombies are going to spawn there, don't move. The game will spawn them where other zombies are. Just sit there for 3:33 and you'll get the trophy.

Now to upgrade your weapon store (located in the middle of the map. Go there and spend cash earned from killing zombies (picking up diamonds gives more cash). Now simply buy everything (except extra ammo, this is not required), and the trophy will pop. I highly recommend maxing out the pistol as when you guy resogun it turns into a ray gun. Then max out the Minigun keep using those two to unlock everything.
