Xperia Z1 Camera Issues

hey guys, does anyone know why my camera auto rotates when i take a picture? i hold my phone upwards and when the picture is taken it goes sideways? The funnier thing is when i take a pic holding the phone sideways the picture is fine? This is beginning to annoy me since i don't use my phone sideways. 

 

EDIT: i just realised this section of the forum is about mobile games. Sorry.

You could always go into your settings and disable "Auto Rotation", especially if you never use it sideways.

got that same issue on my z1 compact sometimes. dunno what to do to fix it in another way than restarting the phone.

auto rotate is already disabled. :/
