There's only one game that's region locked on the PS3, and that's Persona 4 Arena so yeah, it will work. A warning though, it's not the case here because the extra content is included inside the disc but if a game bought from another region as any king of DLC code to reddem on the store you'll have to do it on the store of that disc region, it won't work on yours.
