LastPisTolman Posted May 6, 2015 Share Posted May 6, 2015 It's possible yes. Rockstar Social club will bind his account to your PSN, and remove his access to it on XBox. To get the trophies you will need to repeat the the original triggering articles. For example, for Rank 25 trophy you may have to get to rank 167 - then Rank 50 get to rank 168.
