If i buy a ps4 from australia, can i use it like normal in asia with my na and eu accounts?

Games are not region locked, be aware if you are buying DLC from the US or EU store though the disc needs to be from teh same region or the DLC will be incompatible.

 

Outside of that foreign playstation may need a power supply adaptor to work, I don't know what the plugs in those countries are like.

 

But yes you can use any region account on any PS4.

I use an American account on my PS4. Which is British. Like me. 

You can use any account on any PS4, just don't go buying the wrong DLC like Buu said. I found out the hard way!
