Need help using my jp account on ps4

Edit : Ruka found the perfect solution. The web store. Add the game to cart, click purchase ( the game was free in my case ) And it will be in your download list of your ps4

 

For ps3 there isn't this issue so going on the store on the ps3 is fine.

But I've never even entered my CC. Why does it even know the numbers. I only used psn cards. I even have ps plus on my japanese account and it's not letting me download the free games. It's asking me to input my expiring date and cvv code

im having a similar problem, playstation store dont let me add found to my wallet, it shows the amount and when i choose add founds it tells me you cant add founds

Are you talking about the japan store ? I hope someone can help, I called sony and as usual they don't know fuck all. I spent hours of my night wasting time on this.

 

I have ps plus subscription in japan store and 1700 yen and its not letting me use it or download the free games, its asking me to add credit card info on a card that doesn't exist anymore and I can't change the info or remove the credit card info.

 

If I get any news I'll let you know.
