TheYuriG Posted October 6, 2015 Share Posted October 6, 2015 (edited) Light are default, each version of the dark stage is unlocked by completing its light version with A+. You can check on the bottom a prompt to press to change your world to light or dark. If you see a 'change to dark world' prompt, that's because you are on the light world and vice-versa. Also, light worlds have lighter colors while dark worlds have darker colors. It's quite easy to see the difference, to be honest. Yukiko Miyamoto Posted August 17, 2023 Share Posted August 17, 2023 (edited) The Light world are the easiest and safest levels out there, the dark world will spice it up keeping the original level but making it more dangerous and a lot harder. To even unlock the dark world levels you have to A+ all the light world levels which you get by beating the par time.
