Graceful Exit trophies

I've played 3 times the 5° mission every time nobody spot me but no trophy, someone had the same problem?

I believe there is a small chance that this trophy will glitch for some players. The trophy should pop at the end of the final cut scene in the episode so make sure you get through to the end of it before quitting or retrying. I'm about to go through the episode again myself after a few failed attempts due to those damn choppers...

 

EDIT: Earned the trophy this morning without a problem first time - no alerts whatsoever (reds or yellows) and no retries and the trophy popped at the closing stats screen for the mission.

At the end i got the yellow alert (before enter in the cave when there are 3 enemy so close), so maybe is this my problem. But i see a video guide, and the guys take my exact route and the same alert, but trophy pop!
