Texonidas
This might be a bit of a techbical explanation, but the ability for us to query the trophy database in highly specific ways, e.g. users with trophy A and not trophy B and in country C. This would be a great way to find people at a similar stage to you in games, and to find people missing similar trophies to you. If privacy is an issue with this, it could be an opt-in service, although that would impact the effectiveness of the feature, so maybe an opt-out service? So it would essentially be the ability for us to construct database queries using predetermined fields in dropdown boxes (to avoid sql injections). You would likely need to limit the number of queries per minute to prevent overloading things, but clustered indexing on games would improve speeds and reduce query size.
A12
Letting the user base directly query the production database? LOL No.The only feasible way would be a clone. And that's just alot of extra work for few ppl to use.Oh and you can already find people with similar percentages. Solution Texonidas Posted February 4, 2016 Author Solution Share Posted February 4, 2016 I have made another thread on this suggestion that is probably a bit more feasible over at: http://psnprofiles.com/forums/topic/34756-suggestion-find-users-missing-the-same-trophies-as-you/
