Banner change is not updating

I'm trying to change my profile banner from Battliefield 4 (most recent game played, I guess) to The Witcher 3.

I went into the pertinent area of my profile and changed the banner to Witcher 3. I also changed the layout and emblems (trophies) that will be displayed on my main page. When I went to "save" for both of these features it didn't update. I even updated my profile manually and this hasn't worked. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.

I think you're trying to change your profile header/banner image and you've actually changed your trophy card background image and layout instead.
 

 
If you want to change the large banner image at the top of your profile from Battlefield 4 to The Witcher you need to do this:

• Go to Settings > Press "Select a Game" (at the top-right) > select The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt > Then press the "Save" button at the bottom-right.

Then you might have to refresh the page to see the new banner image.
