If not boosting online trophies, just go into a multiplayer race, grab the EMP and sit dead in the middle of a track.Wait to be lapped, shot at incoming missile. Done. Plus if it's a two player invite only lobby you can try so many times it's just really easy to do it that way, As for right now the game is populated so shouldn't be a problem.
