Speedrun + Sharpshooter Question

I just completed the game and started a explorer speedrun and was also going to try and get the sharpshooter trophy at the same time but I used the option to start a new game and carry the stats and treasures over so I could use the Barok with infinite ammo.  I was just wondering if this will void me out of the trophies as I already have around 13 hours game time and 55% accuracy.

It will void you. Just select no when you start again, you will still be able to use the Barok and infinite ammo don't worry.

Make sure you skip all the skippable cutscenes too. I forgot to skip a couple, and I literally had 30s left when I finished the game. Watch out for that.

Can't you just put on one shot kills and infinite ammo for the speedrun and 70% accuracy trophies?

Yes you can. I'm doing that right now and I'm on chapter 21 with 1 hour and 15 minutes left. It's very easy, especially when you skip cutscenes.
