Well, it does seem to be a problem with people lapsing and having issues with past content - http://community.us.playstation.com/t5/Games-Services/PS-Plus-Expired-and-renewed-but-old-game-isn-t-working/td-p/43148770/page/3 Might just want to go to a year now as the new sub will be added to the end of your previous expiration.
