Your PSN account is set to private or friends only on your PSN account settings, because of that this site can't see your trophy progress and won't update your profile until you set your trophies back to public. Go to this page, scroll down to PS4, and follow all directions there. Pay special attention to #7 and make sure it is set to "Anyone". Hope this helps!
