So I've tried to do these about 20 times now, and it's just not working:

 

Simian Neuro-genesis
Organised Travel
Logistics
Horseback Riding
Ape Rampage
Primal Hunt
Weapon Creation

 

Even when the game lasts until 2021, the trophy doesn't pop, anyone have any suggestions?

I followed this guide step by step , and got it after the first try.

PS: Pausing the game is key here ! (so you can look for the labs to destroy, hard to see imo )
