The only possible game would have been the PS1-version of Dragon Quest VII but that's not available on PSN. The only Dragon Quest-games for Vita that's announced for the West is Builders. There are no other Vita games. Dragon Quest Builders is currently the only title on Vita. Most of the main series is on 3DS. The latest one is also on Vita.
