Taobaka Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 Tsurugi Scene 66 is in Those Capable ending route when PSB Chief Kasei visits you before lights shutdown and droid attack, you have to accept her "proposal" to view this scene when droid battle occurs.
