Couldn't find any games, no error

Yesterday evening I couldn't find any games. After the usual trouble of getting connected to EA's servers I quickmatched but the popup saying searching for games... (or something) just disappeared after a few seconds and I got no error message.

I tried base game, vietnam, every game mode, rebooted my router, rebooted my PS3, rebooted the game, nothing worked.

I have never had this before. I have been playing last weekend for a couple hours on sunday and saturday without too much trouble and now I can't.

Does anyone know what was going on?

Could be, but I doubt it.

I'm from EU, I doubt I have to connect to an US server.

And that was a week ago, I played without any trouble last weekend.

It's just so weird that I'm not getting an error message..

I read that it was Activision's Call of Duty and Guitar Hero servers.
