Moon Mission Meister Question

So I completed all the missions on my Normal playthrough, but the only one I didn't do in my own game (solo) was The Bestest Story Ever Told, for defeating the Invincible Sentinel. I did that in someone else's game and they turned in the mission. I got the trophy for it, but scrolling through my completed missions list, that's the only one that's not there. I just completed the same mission again on TVHM, and now that one is in my completed mission list, but still no trophy. Do all the missions need to be completed in 1 playthrough?
