Just wondering whats the best game mode to get demon spawns and an easy way to get a multi kill (hopefully its not down to luck)

Did you get this trophy? I can't seem to get it to pop, not sure what I'm doing wrong. Aren't you just supposed to hold L2 and hit R2 when you reach an enemy? W/out letting go of L2?

Just hold L2 and charge into two enemies.

I got a few spawns quick enough on Soul Harvest. When you kill and enemy demon a spawn drops for your team so be on the lookout for that.

 

It is down to luck a little bit getting two enemies quickly while you charge. It shouldn't take you more than a couple of attempts.

Yeah the you have to hold down L2 just like slipknot said.

Soul Harvest is the best mode for this since the demon rune is always active, but I had decent luck on Warpath as well since people tend to concentrate more on the moving zone than the demon rune so you can grab it easier when it arrives, and they also bunch up around the moving zone which make multikills easier.
