Question about NG+ and bugs

Hi, so I've started my NG+ game and killed the phalanx. Though I've encountered a bug after entering the valley of defilement. So I quit the game then loaded it back up because it was lagging so hard. Then I teleported back to the nexus using the valley of defilements 1st archstone. When I got back, Biorr and the blacksmith were aggroed toward me and the blue guy and thomas where presumed dead. The problem is that I never freed Biorr from his cell nore did I previously aggroed the blacksmith. Also, all the archstones except the Boloterian palace though I talked to the monument before going to the Valley. I'm at a lose in what to do.
