It seems Shenmue hasn't been completely forgotten. First 4 Figures is making a pretty bad ass statue which unfortunately doesn't have a release date or price yet. Hopefully this has a deeper meaning and it's Sega testing the waters for interest in Shenmue which could lead to an HD collection and finally a conclusion to the trilogy. I will have this figure in my game room.

First 4 Figures is teasing a new figure from a franchise that hasn't seen much action in a few years.

The last time we heard from Shenmue here in North America was in 2002 when the game released on Xbox. However, that hasn't stopped the game from fostering a devoted fanbase. You can check out the teaser for the figure below, which doesn't have a release date or price yet.

You can also check out a recent episode of Replay where we played the original game on Dreamcast.
